Please open Package Explorer or Navigator view (Windows->Show View->...). Then please replace the libs in <project>/WebContent/WEB-INF/lib. BTW we don't bundle RichFaces4 libs with JBT anymore to avoid using out-of-date libs in New JSF Project Wizard. See https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-8094
