I believe it is missing part of the human task handlers in general. For other handlers you end up in similar situation that you register listeners but when you dispose handler they are not unregistered which could lead to some issues on the server side since task server will try to notify all listeners and some of them can be in active. Have you looked at other handlers in this regards?
