Looking at the error like i think you should increase the deployment timeout in standalone.xml in jbossas7/standalone/configuration
The log shows:
Did not receive a response to the deployment operation within the allowed timeout period [600 seconds]. Check the server configurationfile and the server logs to find more about the status of the deployment.
Since the wars are not deployed u get 404 error.So increase 600 seconds and try deploying wars again.
