Multiple JBoss 6 server runtimes overwrite each other's Home Directory

In Eclipse Indigo I setup 2 JBoss 6 runtimes in the same workspace. Every time I update one Runtime's Home directory, it set the new value in both runtimes. I need to run both runtimes at the same time from different home folders.

Is there a way to do that?

I use JbossAS tools 2.3.0.v21120504-2054-h105-Beta3 Full Eclipse plugins install screenshot is attached.
