I am using the bat file version of the Java Service Wrapper tool. Yes I did modify it in the correct profile.. I have removed all but the 4 profiles I am using. They are all copies of all and have been renamed. I changed the password in all of them. For now I have completely removed messaging since my application doesn't need it. Not the resolution I would want but it got me past this problem.
