What exactly do you want to achieve?
BPEL is a language to express business processes and jBPM5 is now using BPMN2. The process engine can be used to execute BPEL processes but for that purpuse you should create a BPEL parser and implement the execution semantic for BPEL processes. As far as I know noone is spending time on doing that because BPMN2 is becoming the de-facto standard nowadays.
