maven must not be correct ;)
what the error show is that the same class is loaded by a classloader jboss-service.xml and MVCProj1.war.
This are two different scopes and if the access use a referenced you will get such errors.
So check whether the class org.jboss.security.integration.JNDIBasedSecurityManagement is in your war/ear
