jboss folder gone missing, how to track the root cause.

Hi,

I am not sure if anyone ever had this kind of exprience with jboss. The whole jboss folder [lib, client, docs all of it] from /root/home directory is gone missing all of a sudden. Is there a way to track the issue with server or what made this happen? I remeber the last command issuesd was ~top.

Using jboss-4.2.3.GA.
