Finding CPU Utilization time and memory occupied when process gets Instantiated

Hi,

 

I'm using JBPM 5.2.When I start the Process,I need to find amount of memory occupied and CPU Utilization time required to instantiate the process  .What is the way to achieve it.Please suggest me.
