I have been in contact with TIBCO support. "They don't want to reinvent the wheel :) ", so they have no plans for a specific TIBCO RA. But they do have a Resource Adapter based on a modified version of the http://genericjmsra.java.net/ project for use with JBoss 7/EAP6. By contacting TIBCO support or searching the Knowledge Base under TIBCO support you should be able to get hold of this version.
