JNDI-Exception in NamingContextFactory

I've got Exception  when I've trying to run EJB3 client. It works in Eclipse.

 

java -jar Client.jar  -cp /opt/jboss/client/jbossall-client.jar

Exception in thread "main" javax.naming.NoInitialContextException: Cannot instantiate class: org.jnp.interfaces.NamingContextFactory [Root exception is java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.jnp.interfaces.NamingContextFactory]
