The jBPM 5.0 release is planned January 31st. After that, there will be 3-monthly releases (5.x).
Productization will start after jBPM 5.0 has been released. I can't promise you any dates yet as those have not been finalized yet, but we're looking at Q3 2011. You should try to contact a JBoss sales representative if you have need more details, they should be able to guide you.
