I recall there was some discussions about it. Should AS adapter remove deployed module if user deletes corresponding project. I think it would be better if we warn a user (some dialog?) and user will have an option to remove corresponding and deployed war/ear.
And we should warn a user if he/she is trying to create a project via New JSF Project wizard using incorrect WAR name. Please report it to JIRA.
