The big differences are the integration with the Web Designer and the UIs. Of course a bug fixing was done as in every CR1 release.
BTW I saw the problem in your screenshot. The script is pointing to a private red hat URL instead of the public one.
INside the build.properties file you should change:
http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/job/droolsRelease/lastStableBuild/artifact/target/
for:
http://hudson.jboss.org/hudson/job/droolsRelease/lastStableBuild/artifact/trunk/target/
Can you try that?
