hmm - is this by any chance a project created in some other Eclipse distribution ?
It seems your project have traces of facet names I haven't seen before. i.e. jsf.base version 7.0 and web.siteedit 7.0 are neither part of eclipse.org or jboss tools list of facets afaik.
