There are many resources on the 'net about deployment of resource adapters.

Start with https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS72/Resource+adapters and http://docs.jboss.org/ironjacamar/userguide/1.1/en-US/html/ch10.html#tools_rarinfo

Also use a nightly build of WildFly as 7.1.1 is very old.
