Interface org.jboss.tools.common.java.IJavaMemberReference was created on 06.09.2011 as part of fix for https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-8692 and removed on 12.12.2011 as part of fix for https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-10187.
It seems the build that you use includes incompatible versions of plugins from hibernate and common modules. Please try other versions of hibernate tools.
