jBPM5 does not supoort it itself. For 1 and 2 you can use separate jBPM configurations - you basically would operate two parallel jBPM engines. Option 3) would have to be implemented in your business logic.
Its quite the same for guvnor. You can operate on separate guvnor instances. But 3) is not supported.
