Hi Adam, the JBoss BPM Console code is here: https://github.com/bpmc/bpm-console. jBPM uses it and implements some of its jBPM-specific functionality in https://github.com/droolsjbpm/jbpm/tree/master/jbpm-gwt. Why don't you hit me up on IRC ( http://www.jboss.org/jbpm/irc ) and I'll try to get you up and running. Hopefully you'd be willing to contribute back your cool extensions too.
