Failed to start process: org.jbpm.graph.def.DelegationException in jbpm3

I am using jbpm-jpdl-3.2.GA. I exported the RecruitingProcess Example and i deployed it in jbpm console. But when i tried to start the process i am getting

Failed to start process: org.jbpm.graph.def.DelegationException

I dont know why this error is coming. Please reply me.

Is there any jar or files needed?
