The JAXWS Provider is dynamically created in the following class: http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/riftsaw/dsp/trunk/api/src/main/java/org/jboss/soa/dsp/ws/WebServiceProviderGenerator.java
We don't use the cxf tools.
