I am looking out for the detail steps to create a custom portal as supposed to be using the default one. I looked at the Reference Guide but does not cover the details of creating a new custom portal. I would appreciate if someone who have gone through this process could let me know the detailed process to create a custom portal development. The development methodology of creating a brand new custom portal is not very clear from the docs.
