You probably need to set the correct username and password when creating the new guvnor repository connection in eclipse.
Uncheck the save username password checkbox, insert the correct values in username and password and then check the save checkbox again and it will probably work after that.
Probable values for the default username and password are admin/admin.
I came across the same error yesterday.
