I had the same problem and found that removing the following VM parameters fixed it for me.

 

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=6789

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false
