Looks like you are trying to configure ActiveMQ in JBoss AS. Is that correct? If so, then have a look at this doc http://activemq.apache.org/integrating-apache-activemq-with-jboss.html
That documentation talks mainly about JBoss AS-4, but except for a few minor file changes, most of the configs remain the same. Start off with that doc and post back (with details) if you run into any issues.
