I don't see anything wrong with your latest packaging. And if you are still seeing this exception:
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: de.xxx.persistence.entity.core.Company
then you might have run into a bug. Could you please attach a simple application which reproduces this issue, to this thread? We can then take a look at what's wrong.
