Hi There... I'm not an eclipse user, but if you are an eclipse user you should know how to install plugin in it right? I think that it's not jBPM5 fault to have such a complicate IDE in the back :) , just kidding.
The install.demo ant goal should do the work for you. If not please let us know the exact problem that you are experiencing.
