java.library.path should be possible to set - as discussed in jira https://issues.jbss.org/browse/JBIDE-4346 and https://issues.jbss.org/browse/JBIDE-8461.
If that is not possible please open a bug with priority critical in https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE thanks! (dont forget to state which server adapter type/version you created and what AS you have on disk)
