Looks like it works now. But I'll be sure when I figure out why my test fails
regardless of that ;)

ClusteredCacheLoader does not seem to work with MVCC - if you take the test from the
suite, ClusteredCacheLoaderTest, and remove/disable lines 75-76, thus switching from
Pessimistic to MVCC, all tests fail (except those testing concurrency).
I guess it should work that way?
