Yep, I can confirm it works. What's more, it turned out that my test was bogus and
it's quite porbable that it worked all along :)

ClusteredCacheLoader does not seem to work with MVCC - if you take the test from the
suite, ClusteredCacheLoaderTest, and remove/disable lines 75-76, thus switching from
Pessimistic to MVCC, all tests fail (except those testing concurrency).
I guess it should work that way?
