Note: JBCACHE-1601 fix has a hack around this bug.
When this one is fixed, remove the hack by applying attached JBCACHE-1601-1602.patch.

A newly created node's NodeSPI#isDataLoaded is false with Optimistic locking.
With MVCC or Pessimistic locking, it is true.
