To make easy to people understand some constraints that are applied to JBoss Developer Materials (specially those which refers to Quickstarts and QSTools violations), I tried to summarize all Materials Guidelines on this document: https://mojo.redhat.com/docs/DOC-1008312 based on QSTools violations checkers.

I also included a section for Archetypes (with emphasis on quickstarts synchronization) and BOMs.

One of the objectives to have JBoss Developers Guidelines written somewhere is to have all different teams listed in https://mojo.redhat.com/docs/DOC-1010716 to follow the same guidelines
