I've added a common issues area to the Readme file: https://github.com/jboss-developer/www.jboss.org/blob/master/README.md. The idea is to document common issues and solutions. You should consult this area when you have an issue, and also consider contributing to it when you find a solution.

I'm not totally sure this is the right place for this type of content, but it will do for now.
