Max says a few (?) components aren't ready for code freeze today, so I'm 
pushing the branch and freeze to tomorrow morning, before noon (GMT-5).

If you don't think your component will be ready to branch/freeze by end 
of day today (be it Europe or East/West Coast US time), please let me 
know. I can hold off until Sunday if that's better; however, that's the 
latest we can delay as I *NEED* builds for QE on Monday.
