Max is right. Parent pom is available on Nexus. If you can't reach it, it probably means that your settings.xml is missing reference to JBoss repositories: https://community.jboss.org/wiki/HowToBuildJBossToolsWithMaven3#Maven_settings

if you cannot reach it just build and make sure build is using the same local repository where parent/pom.xml was installed. worked for me when I tested temp-jbosstools-* builds
