I've opened issue for that https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-3377 and committed all required changes:
1. On hudson smooks, jBPM and BPMN convert doc modules were included in checkout;
2. Assemble pom.xml, assemble and index were updated to include docs from 1. to build and index.
We'll see results soon in next #265 build.
