Have we restarted the master builds fully now using for now mars based
TP, or was it just a single run to make builds
work ?

AFAIK, the builds for master were kept running, but since they weren't using the newer TP at that time, their output wasn't visible in the Neon folder.

why would the TP matter ? what TP we target and what the stream name is completely separate concerns for us and in the parent pom afaics.
