yesterday the question popped up whether AERI can automatically reopen problems that have been marked as fixed but still receive error reports for later versions of the software (see [1] for details).
AERI can, but it may not be obvious to everyone. I thus published a short blog post that illustrates how you can set up an automated action for this specific scenario [2]. HTH.
