Target Platform 4.30.5.Alpha3 has been released.

Changes have been made so the next stream of target-platforms
(mainly to use Kepler M7) will be 4.30.5.Alpha4(-SNAPSHOT). We won't
use it now for builds, that should use 4.30.5.Alpha3. We'll send you
mails when we'd like you to give a try to this future changes.
