JBoss Tools 4.23.0.Final can be released. There are still some critical issues (you can find them in the sign-off document below).
These issues do not block the Final release, however as we move towards the next release they could be considered as blockers.

The main branch is no longer frozen.
In JBT 4.23.0.Final release there will be no testing performed towards CodeReady Studio. See [2] for more details. Testing plan was also updated, it can be found in sign off document.
