Subject: [jbosstools-dev] Update site for JBoss SOA Tools
Hi all,
I'm looking for an update site (nightly build) for soa tools. I can see 2 update sites in JBoss Tools parent pom:
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/_composite_/soa-tooling/trunk
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/soa-tooling/trunk
That (alpha1) is the latest release.
The first one is added by activating the profile "jbosstools-nightly-staging-composite-soa-tooling".
Could you explain me what is the goal of this profile/update site? Because it seems that the second one is up to date.
So lets talk about the second one which is also mentioned at http://www.jboss.org/tools/download.
What's the version of Teiid Designer (TD) here? Is it really 8.0.0.final? Because there si only one release which is TD 8.0.0.Alpha1.
Something is broken here - again, I don't know why we have 2 separate and different download sites!
And the last question, just out of curious, how is resolved dependencies for Bpel (or in general) in http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/soa-tooling/trunk?
I'm able to install the Bpel Editor without any problem, with all required plugins, but looking at http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/soa-tooling/trunk/plugins
I see only one bpel plugin which is org.jboss.tools.bpel.runtimes.
I'm asking because my project, which depends on org.eclipse.bpel.model, throws a missing requirement error during compilation.
This doesn't happen when I use the repository http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/_composite_/soa-tooling/trunk but this one contains old version of Bpel.
Best Regards
