Since it requires knowledge of the actual dependencies of Thym, it's something you'll need to do (I can't help much).
Take the jbosstools-multiple.target as example, remove everything that is JBoss, replace download.jboss.org URLs by the download.eclipse.org onesm and trim out all IUs and sites you won't need.
