25th is the day when Luna will be announced, but Luna final build (aka RC4) will occur on June 13th (next week).
That means that if you want BPEL Designer 1.0.4 in Luna, you need to make sure it's in and it's working before June 13th,
On from June 16th, we'll probably adopt new Luna-based target-platforms.
