Adding eap list.

There are a few questions/blockers posed by EAP QE (Pavel Jelinek) [1] and Engineering [2] for EAP 7.1 validation

Could you please work with EAP QE teams towards resolution ?

Devstudio QE and Fuse Tooling QE is done with testing and approve Devstudio 11.0.0.GA / JBT 4.5.0.Final release. The master branch is no longer frozen.

Please begin staging the bits.
