Depends on your definition of "released".

Maven definition says "if it has -SNAPSHOT on it, it's not "released".
p2 definition says "if the update site exists and people can use it, it's released".

So... Which of these folders contain "released" target platforms? Just 4.30.5.Alpha? Or all of them? http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbosstoolstarget/
With our new Maven-centrib conventions, I would say only 4.30.5.Alpha is released. Old x.y.z.Final-SNAPSHOT are also release, but it's legacy.
Eveything that has a SNAPSHOT can disappear from one day to the other.

But I know I'm a Maven integrist, maybe it's too much ;)
