I just completed the release of maven-download-plugin 1.1.0.
If you're using 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT in your poms, you should consider
moving to 1.1.0.
If you're still using 1.0.0, you should consider moving to 1.1.0 for
bug fixes and new features.
