Changes on download.jboss.org folder are immediatly visible after this job ran: https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/view/DevStudio_All/job/jbosstools-download.jboss.org-rsync-from-svn/
You can trigger it manually if you want, or you can wait for it to detect the SVN change in this folder to run by itself.
