I've released version 0.21.0 of our Tycho plugins (for repository
facade and target-platforms), which builds and works against Tycho
0.21.0.
If you're using Tycho 0.21.0, please update to this version.
If you're using an older Tycho version, then you'd rather stay with
the 0.19.0-SNAPSHOT version of our plugins (which will remain a
SNAPSHOT forever).
