Let's add the following default references to the JS/CSS palette:

    <link href=3D"lib/ionic/css/ionic.css" rel=3D"stylesheet">
    <!-- ionic/angularjs js -->
    <script src=3D"lib/ionic/js/ionic.bundle.js"></script>

so these links will be inserted into the page when dropping an ionic compon=
ent from the Palette with the "add js/css references" checkbox checked.
But I'm not sure we can add the comment <!-- ionic/angularjs js --> in our =
preferences too.
