With WTP 3.3 the CSS proposals are shown in case the CA is invoked when the=
 cursor is pointed right before the closing </style>-tag. But the relevance=
 level for these proposals is lower that the one for tag names proposals. S=
o, the CSS proposals are in the CA proposal list, but to see/chose some CSS=
-proposal we need to scroll the CA Proposal List down.
